Today we cannot provide an accessible transfer
We have no verified accessible vehicle, so the category is not offered when booking. We say it here and not at the end of a phone call: anyone who needs an adapted vehicle for an appointment or a train needs to know now, in time to arrange something else.
An adapted vehicle cannot be improvised and not any car will do: it needs a ramp or a lift, an anchored wheelchair space and approved anchorages, all checked in person. Until we have that, we would rather not offer it.
Leave us your request
We will let you know as soon as we have a verified accessible vehicle. We will not call you to offer a normal car, and each request tells us whether it is worth adding an adapted vehicle or finding a partner who already has one.
What we do not do
- Offer the accessible category when no verified vehicle exists, not even to show it. If it does not appear when booking, it does not exist.
- Send a normal car to an accessible transfer, not even as a last resort.
- Charge a surcharge for accessibility: it costs the same as the equivalent transfer.
- Medical transport. This is a transfer, not an ambulance: no stretcher, no oxygen, no medical staff.
